Heat Pump Split Systems
These heat pump split systems are comprised of an outdoor unit
(where the heat pump is located) and an indoor air handler. They are
available in a variety of sizes (tons) and SEERs. (SEER - Seasonal
Energy Efficiency Ratio. A rating system developed by the U.S.
Government to indicate the efficiency level of cooling equipment.)
The tonnage you need depends on the size of your home or
business, in addition to the number of windows you have and the level
of insulation utilized. The SEER you may want depends on how
efficient a unit you desire in terms of long term operational cost
savings. Straight air (no inside air hander) systems are also
available, as well as Packaged Gas Heat Systems.

under the manufacturer's warranty, our service (labor charges) in installing or repairing that part, should it need to be
repaired or replaced, is guaranteed for the same length of time, up to a maximum of one year.
As of January 1, 2005 our minimum service charge for a service call has remained $60.00, and it remains so today
(October, 2007). Our service charge for R-22 refrigerant (freon) is currently only $20.00 per pound (shop and
compare). Again, we are pledged to providing you the best, most affordable, services possible.
